I am x years old. Can I do this?

Yes! All of our workouts are scaled to your current fitness level. Participants at River City CrossFit range from 8 - 84 years old. If you are uncomfortable starting in a small group, try a private coaching session first.

I have x condition. Can I still train?

Almost always Yes! As long as your condition isn't contagious we can likely adapt our program to your needs. A private coaching session is sometimes required to assess your range of motion and develop a catalog of safe movements in order to personalize your training program.
