July 30 - August 9 Reduced Hours while Brendan is away. Coach Turbo (aka Tania) will be in command supervising 6 AM - 8 AM Mon thru Fri and 7 - 9 AM on Saturday.

Location
- You'll find us training at United Boxing Club, located at Unit 5 - 201 Scott Street.
- We are in the back of the SAIR building.
- It is a large white building with blue doors.
- There is a fenced, gravel parking lot accessible from Gertrude street.
- The sign on the door says "United Boxing Club".
- It is right next to Dakota Optical.

- Our facility is 3000 square feet.
- We have change-rooms for men and women.
- We do not have showers.
- Bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and something to throw on in case we send you outside for part of the workout.
- Milo, an energetic and incredibly friendly cat, hangs out at the club, but hasn't posed a problem for any of our cat-allergic clients. If we think it might be a problem, we have a special place for him to keep him out of the way while you train.
