Thanks to Jennie Forman at CrossFit Fire for the video concept.
"The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind."

Testimonials About Brendan's Training
I feel stronger, enjoy great health and open my own jars at home (most of the time!). I have lost 30 lbs., 25 of these zoning and crossfitting and at a much faster rate than expected.
I love being at the gym. The folks that attend are great. The gym will always feel a little foreign as I did not do anything like that for the first 55 years of my life but at this time, it fits. Regards to you and your family with blessings and best wishes,
Madeleine
"By the way, I was pretty pumped about having done 53 actual push ups today on my toes!! I have lost another 3 lbs. – that’s 13 now in total but I am more excited about seeing the progress I am making. What an awesome feeling to know I am getting stronger!"

"I found the training sessions excellent. You really pushed me to think about fitness in a new way. Not just to train my body for weight loss but to train my body for every day tasks. I saw an amazing difference in a short period of time especially with the focus on squats. You were very attentive and patient when I explained my knee problem and helped me incorporate other exercises to ensure I avoided injury. The 5 week sessions and guidance for my weekly workouts were definitely hard work but showed me I didn't need to be in the gym for 2 hours in order to see results. I will be using cross fit training as my way of training for now on."

"I guess you can call CrossFit enjoyable punishment. CrossFit has changed the way I train. After working out intensely for 10 years I have learned a lot about working out. That is what I thought until I worked out with Brendan. I am excited to get to the gym again and look forward to building a more powerful, functional body. Thanks Brendan for introducing me to CrossFit."
